Man recovering after being hit by train in northeast Houston

HOUSTON, TEXAS – A man is recovering after being hit by a train in northeast Houston on the night of Monday, May 25, Click2Houston reports.
The crash took place at the 1700 block of Semmes Street around 11 p.m. The victim was walking on the railroad tracks at the time of the accident.
Emergency personnel said the man is expected to survive.
