Man killed after car crashes into fences, pole, and tree in NW Houston

HOUSTON, TX – A man was killed after his vehicle collided with multiple objects, including a utility pole and a tree in the northwest Houston area early this morning, according to KHOU.
The accident occurred on Antoine Drive, near Veterans Memorial Drive, when a middle-aged man lost control of his vehicle, a white Dodge Dart, and it went off the side of the roadway.
The car then collided with two fences, a light pole, then finally overturned after colliding with a tree.
The victim, who was not immediately identified, died at the scene.
Authorities stated that it is too soon to tell if the driver was under the influence when the crash occurred.
The accident remains under investigation.
