Man killed after being ejected in collision on Mesa Drive

HOUSTON, TX – One person was fatally ejected during an accident early this morning in northeast Houston, according to KPRC2.
The accident occurred in the 12100 block of Mesa Drive, just after 1 a.m., when a male driver was unable to properly round a curve in the roadway.
The vehicle went off the side of the road, then crashed into a ditch, overturning in the process.
The driver, a man who has yet to be publicly identified, was ejected during the crash, and died at the scene.
Authorities continue to investigate the collision at this time.
