Man in distress threatens others, crashes into multiple vehicles downtown

HOUSTON, TX – A man in distress crashed his vehicle into multiple cars in the downtown area and threatened to shoot people early Sunday morning, according to KTRK.
The accident happened overnight in the 1000 block of Milam Street when a vehicle collided with more than six other vehicles.
The driver, after being approached by bystanders, threatened others by saying that he had a gun and would shoot.
He later admitted that he was trying to kill himself.
At this time, it is unknown if the driver will face charges. His identity has not been released.
No serious injuries were reported in the accident.
