Man dies in motorcycle collision in Spring

SPRING, TX – A man died in a motorcycle collision in Spring on Saturday, January 2, according to the Montgomery County Police Reporter.
A motorcyclist was reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed on the IH-45 service road when he slid underneath a Ford pickup truck near Cathedral Lakes. The truck was carrying an auto transport trailer.
The driver of the motorcycle, 31-year-old Alger Alberto Falcon Medellin, was killed upon impact. Authorities say that he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. The driver of the truck, 47-year-old Yoiler Sierra Ferrales, was not hurt, nor was a passenger in his vehicle.
An investigation into the incident remains open.
