Man dies after being ejected in multi-car wreck near The Woodlands

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX — A 91-year-old man was killed Sunday afternoon when he was thrown from his vehicle in a multi-car collision near The Woodlands, reports Houston Chronicle.
The crash happened at the intersection of Research Forest Drive and Pinecroft Drive, in an area between The Woodlands and Shenandoah, at around 3:30 p.m.
According to the Montgomery County Police Reporter, the man was behind the wheel of a pickup truck when he was hit by another vehicle, which caused the pickup truck to crash into a third car.
Authorities said the victim, who was not wearing a seat belt at the time, was ejected through the passenger window of the pickup. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The drivers of the other vehicles were not reported injured.
