Man dead in Veteran’s Memorial hit-and-run in NW Houston

HOUSTON, TX – A man was killed early this morning in a hit-and-run accident on Veterans Memorial Drive in northwest Houston, according to reporting by KTRK.
The victim, an unidentified Black man, was discovered by authorities on Veterans Memorial near T C Jester Boulevard. The victim was killed sometime around 2:30 a.m. after being struck by a vehicle.
Police are asking those with any potential information on the case to contact the Constable’s Office at 832-927-6200.
An investigation continues into the accident.
