Lufkin – Three-Car Crash on Texas 103 Leaves One Injured

A Bronson man was injured following a vehicle accident involving three vehicles on State Highway 103 bridge, the Texas Department of Public Safety said.
According to initial reports, the incident happened at around 6:00 a.m. last Thursday. A 2016 Dodge pickup truck was traveling along the westbound lane of SH 103 when, for reasons that had been determined, it crossed the center lane and crashed into a 2016 Nissan sport utility vehicle. The impact caused the pickup truck to overturn and struck another eastbound vehicle, a 2008 Dodge pickup truck.
The Nissan driver was hurt by the force of the impact. He was rushed to an area hospital in Lufkin where he received medical treatment. His identity, as well as his condition, has not been released by authorities.
No one else was injured.
Lufkin Police Department arrived at the scene to determine the cause of the crash.
