Lubbock – Wednesday Collision on 50th Street Involved Three Vehicles

A multi-car accident on 50th Street sent one person to a hospital, late Wednesday morning.
The Lubbock Police Department said in the release that the incident took place at the 1900 block of 50th Street at around 11:00 a.m. When fire rescue officers and medics arrived at the scene, they found three vehicles with one person seriously injured. The victim was immediately taken from the scene and treated in an area hospital with unknown injuries. His condition was not immediately disclosed.
No one else was injured from the collision. Whether the victim was a driver or a passenger in one of the vehicles remains unknown at this time.
Anyone who has information relevant to the case should get in contact with the authorities. The investigation is still in progress.
