Lubbock – Two-Vehicle Collision on 50th St Leaves 2 Injured

Last Saturday, a vehicular collision on 50th Street near Quaker Avenue sent two people to the hospital, a local news source reported.

Initial investigation shows that a Ford Fusion crashed into a Chevrolet Silverado at the cross streets of Quaker and 50th. The impact of the collision left two people with serious injuries. They were both rushed to a nearby hospital where they were given proper medical treatment.

No one else was injured.

Lubbock law enforcement officials were requested at the scene to assist in the clearing. They have yet to determine the circumstances leading up to the crash.

An investigation is underway.
