Lubbock – Rollover Collision on Interstate 27

The Lubbock Police Department is conducting an investigation about a major car accident on Interstate 27.
According to the initial report, the incident took place at the southbound lane of I-27. When local paramedics responded to the scene, they found one vehicle that had overturned. One of the occupants in one of the cars was given medical treatment and was rushed to the hospital for further care. His condition was not immediately released.
No other injuries were reported.
Area investigators have yet to determine the factors that contributed to the collision. Anyone who has information about the incident is encouraged to get in contact with Lubbock police.
The crash is still under investigation at this time.
