Lubbock – Rider Seriously Injured on Spur 327

One person was sent to a hospital after getting into an accident on Spur 327 near Frankford Avenue, early Monday morning.
According to the Lubbock Police Department’s dispatch desk, responding officers were requested to assist in a motorcycle accident on Spur 327 near Milwaukee Avenue at around 7:30 a.m. The exact details of the accident remain unclear at this time but it was confirmed the roads near the area were shut down for clearing.
The rider of the motorcycle sustained injuries that were considered life-threatening. It was not determined if he was rushed to a local hospital for treatment. His identification was withheld pending notification of the next of kin.
No one else was reportedly injured.
