Lubbock – Pickup Truck vs Motorcycle Crash on Clovis Road

A person was declared deceased after getting involved in a car accident on US Highway 84 last week, January 15th.

Last Wednesday, a pickup truck was traveling along Hwy 84 when it crashed into a motorcycle at the intersection near Milwaukee Avenue. When DPS troopers arrived at the scene, they found the driver of the pickup truck suffering from serious injuries. He later died at the scene. The rider of the motorcycle also sustained injuries. He was taken to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.

Authorities did not release the victims’ identification as they have yet to notify their next of kin.

Further details will be available as the investigation is still in progress.
