Lubbock – Motorcycle Collision on Texas 327 Spur

The Lubbock Police Department is conducting an investigation about a motorcycle crash on Texas 327 Spur, Sunday evening.
At around 6:00 p.m., local police responded to Spur 327 near Marsha Sharp Freeway to assist in an accident. Initial investigation shows that a motorcycle that had been traveling along the highway went out of control and left the roadway. The impact ejected the rider off the motorcycle, leaving him with serious injuries. He was immediately taken to the nearest hospital where he was listed in an unknown condition.
No identification has been released pending notification of the victim’s next of kin.
Area investigators were also requested at the scene to help in the clearing. They have yet to determine what caused the rider to lose control of his bike.
