Longview – Truck Crash on Interstate 20

A fiery crash involving two trucks took place on Interstate 20, Monday night, according to a local news source.
A witness who claimed to see the incident told the police that the incident took place near mile marker 599 in Harrison County. The circumstances leading up the collision remain unclear at this time but it was confirmed that the wreck involved an 18-wheeler truck and another truck that was towing a flatbed trailer.
When emergency crews arrived at the scene, they found the vehicle in flames. It was not confirmed if the drivers of the trucks involved sustained any injury.
The Longview Police Department was requested at the scene to determine the cause of the wreck. Anyone who can provide relevant information about the incident is encouraged to get in contact with local authorities.
