Longview – Auto Collision on South Highway Street

The Longview Police Department is conducting an investigation on South High Street near Betty Drive, Saturday morning.
At around 8:00 a.m., local troopers responded to the intersection of Betty Dr and S High St following reports of a crash. When they arrived at the scene, they found a person suffering from undisclosed injuries. He was given proper medical treatment on scene but it was not confirmed whether or not he was taken to the hospital for treatment. His identification has not been released at this time.
No other injuries were reported.
Area investigators were also called to the scene to determine the circumstances leading up to the collision. Anyone who has information about the crash is encouraged to get in contact with the authorities.
