Longview – Auto Collision o McCann Road

The Longview Police Department is investigating a vehicle collision on McCann Road, Thursday afternoon.

According to the report released by police, the crash took place at around 4:15 p.m. at the 3500 block of McCann Road near West Loop 281. How the crash actually happened remains unclear at this time but it was confirmed that one person sustained injuries as a result. He was given treatment by emergency crews who responded to the scene. No identification was released pending notification of the victim’s next of kin.

No charges have been made as the investigation is still in progress. Anyone who has information about the crash is encouraged to get in contact with local police.
