Leander– Pedestrian Collision on Heritage Grove Road

Authorities are still investigating a car versus pedestrian crash on Heritage Grove Road last Friday evening, according to a news release.
The Leander Police Department responded to an accident reported to them at around 6:40 p.m. When local emergency crews arrived at the scene, a pedestrian was seriously injured. They transported the victim to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center for treatment. Fortunately, his condition was reportedly non-life-threatening.
Reportedly uninjured, the driver of the involved vehicle stayed the scene and cooperating in the investigation.
No identification has been released.
How the collision took place remains to be unknown as the investigation is still underway. Anyone who has information about what happened is encouraged to step forward.
