Lavaca County – Trent Thomas Roznovsky Killed in Single-Car Crash on CR 260

Lavaca County local officials have released the name of the driver who died in a fatal vehicle accident on County Road 260 last October 13th, two miles Northeast of Moulton in Lavaca County.

The fatality was identified as Trent Thomas Roznovsky. He is a 21-year-old resident of Moulton.

According to a press release, Roznovsky was driving a 1995 Ford F-250 pickup truck along CR 260 when it failed to negotiate a right-hand curve while traveling along the southbound lane. He then lost control, drifted off the roadway and entered the grassy barrow ditch. The pickup truck crashed into trees before coming to rest. The impact of the crash killed the driver instantly. Police said he was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.

Reports said the victim was pronounced deceased by Mounton EMS and Just of the Peace H. Hall at 8:45 a.m. on October 13th.
