Laredo–Major Accident near Laredo International Airport

The Laredo Fire Department has been dispatched to a fatal crash between multiple vehicles on Loop 20 North near Laredo International Airport, Tuesday.
Further details surrounding the accident are yet to be released by local authorities. When emergency crews arrived at the scene, they found three vehicles with frontal damages similar to the one in a head-on crash. A male in his 20s was found unconscious and bleeding from the head. He was rushed to Laredo Medical Center where he was listed in critical condition.
Another victim, a woman in his 30s, who was complaining of chest pain was also taken to a hospital for treatment. The extent of her injuries was not disclosed. Meanwhile, two occupants in the third vehicle were transported to Doctors Hospital.
No identification as has been released by authorities.
The LPD crash team has taken over the investigation.
