Lampasas – Caety Edwards Injured Victim of US 190 Crash

A woman was sent to a hospital after getting into a car accident on US Highway 190 near Lampasas last week.

At around 8:30 p.m., police received a report of a crash involving a number of vehicles. How the crash actually happened remains unclear at this time but it was confirmed that one occupant in one of the vehicles involved suffered from major injuries that were considered life-threatening. She was taken to the hospital for treatment but her condition was not released. The said victim was later identified as Caety Edwards.

Police said a driver also suffered from injuries and was given treatment. It was not clear if he was also hospitalized.

The Lampasas Police Department is investigating the accident.
