Kyle- 20-year-old woman died following FM 150 crash

A fatal collision on Farm to Market Road 150 between Lehman Road took the life of a 20-year-old woman, Thursday.
According to initial reports, the tragic accident occurred at approximately 4:30 p.m. Police say that an unidentified vehicle was heading east on FM 150 when it crashed into a westbound vehicle. The cause of the crash was not immediately determined.
The driver of the eastbound car was identified as Adriana Vasquez from Kyle. She was pronounced dead while being transferred to an area hospital. The dog in the vehicle also died from the impact.
The second driver sustained injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. No other occupants in the second vehicle.
Local authorities continue to investigate the collision.
