Hurst – Woman Struck and Killed by a Car on Hurst Highway

A female pedestrian died from the injuries she sustained in a deadly car accident on Hurst Highway, early Sunday morning.
Just after 1:00 a.m., local officers received a call reporting a collision at the 700 block of Northeast Loop 820 in Hurst. According to the report released by Tarrant County medical examiner officials, a woman was struck by a passing vehicle. The impact of the collision left the pedestrian, identified only as a Garland woman, with blunt force injuries. She was pronounced deceased and her death was an accident, as per the medical examiner’s ruling.
Authorities did not provide information about the vehicle involved and the driver of said car.
