HPD vehicle crashes through fence during police chase

HOUSTON, TX – A Houston Police Department vehicle crashed through a fence during a police chase on the night of Thursday, November 19, according to the team at ABC 13.

Authorities attempted to pull over a driver but they sped off, leading officers on a chase down West Road. The suspects eventually crashed near Northville Road after driving through a bayou.

An officer attempting to provide backup lost control of his vehicle during the incident and crashed through a fence. He suffered minor injuries.

The suspect fleeing from officers was eventually arrested.
