HOUSTON, TX – Officers at the Houston Police Department responded to a hit-and-run wreck on North Shepherd Drive this evening.
The HPD arrived at the scene at 2411 North Shepherd Drive around 5:32 p.m. Identifying information about the car that fled the scene has not been released.
