HPD responds to hit-and-run crash on S Gessner Rd in west Houston

HOUSTON, TX — A major hit-and-run collision was reported Thursday morning near an apartment complex in Houston’s Mid-West area, according to City of Houston.
Houston police responded to the scene at 3801 South Gessner Road, in the Boca Springs Apartments, at approximately 5:43 a.m.
No specific details have been released at this time, but authorities indicated an “FSRA” event in which one party failed to stop and render aid to another party following a vehicle crash resulting in likely injuries or death.
