HPD responds to hit-and-run crash on N Loop W Fwy in north Houston

HOUSTON, TX — A major hit-and-run collision was reported Monday morning on North Loop Freeway West in Houston’s Independence Heights area, according to City of Houston.
Houston police responded to the scene at 1399 North Loop West (IH-610) at approximately 8:25 a.m.
Details are limited, but authorities listed an “FSRA” incident in which one party failed to stop and render aid to another party following a serious crash resulting in likely injuries or death.
