HPD issues press release regarding fatal wreck on East 38th Street

HOUSTON, TEXAS – The Houston Police Department has issued a press release regarding the fatal wreck on East 38th Street that took place on Thursday, June 11.
The press release states that the driver of a white Ford F-150 was driving on East 38th Street when he struck a bicyclist at the street’s intersection with Oxford. The bicyclist reportedly ran a stop sign — he was declared dead at Memorial Hermann Northwest.
An investigation into the incident remains open.
