HPD investigating apparent hit-and-run crash on Maxine Street

HOUSTON, TX – The Houston Police Department is investigating an apparent hit-and-run crash that took place on Maxine Street on the afternoon of Saturday, October 3.
Witnesses found the victim lying dead in the road at 1700 Maxine Street and immediately called police. Authorities investigating the scene found injuries that suggested the victim was killed in a hit-and-run crash. The victim may have been at the location for more than a day.
