HPD investigate fatal crash near Memorial Park

HOUSTON, TX – One person was killed following a single-vehicle crash on the West Loop early Tuesday morning.

According to a report by HPD, the crash took place at about 3:20 a.m., just south of the I-10 interchange.

Investigators believe the unidentified male driver was heading north when he collided with the concrete barrier. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

It is unclear what caused the driver to crash into the barrier at this time.
