Houston- Houston Teen Arrested Following FM 2818 Accident

Authorities are still investigating a car accident on FM 2818 which sent one person to the hospital, Tuesday.
At around 1:17 AM, local emergency crews responded to Farm to Market Road 2818 for a major wreck. According to the initial investigation, a vehicle was traveling along the area when it suddenly went out of control and veered off the roadway. The said vehicle then crashed into a tree.
The force of impact seriously injured the passenger. She was rushed to a local hospital for treatment but was transferred to another medical center because of her condition. Her identification has not been disclosed.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Brian Lockwood, a 19-year-old Houston resident. He was arrested for Intoxication Assault. It is not determined if Lockwood sustained injuries from the collision.
The investigation is still in progress.
