Houston- 18-Wheeler Accident Leaves One Dead on Highway 90

The Terrell County local officers are still determining the cause of a fatal crash on Highway 90, Friday.
Last January 11, emergency crews responded to US 90 after receiving a crash report at an unspecified time last Friday. According to initial investigation, an 18-wheeler truck was traveling along the highway when it went out of control and entered the opposing lane. The truck then crashed into a pickup truck, killing the driver in the process. His identification is being withheld pending notification of next kin.
The driver of the truck was not injured. Police did not confirm if he stayed at the scene.
What led the crash is yet to be determined by local authorities. The investigation is still in progress.
