Houston – 1 Hospitalized Following Highway 6 Auto Crash

At least one person was hurt following a reckless driving incident on Highway 6 in southwest Houston, a local news source reported.
At around 10:00 p.m., police responded to the 14100 block of Laterna Lane after they received a call reporting a crash. According to the report, a Ford Mustang was seen speeding along the roadway when it suddenly went out of control and struck three vehicles that were parked nearby. When emergency crews arrived at the scene, they found the passenger of the Mustang trapped inside the wreckage. He was extricated by local firefighters and rushed to the nearest hospital. As per reports, the victim was listed in a critical condition.
The driver of the Mustang fled the scene following the incident. He has yet to be identified by Houston police.
