Heavy truck wreck reported on the East Loop

HOUSTON, TX – A heavy truck wreck was reported on the East Loop on the evening of Wednesday, September 2, according to Houston TranStar.

The accident occurred near the freeway’s intersection with Ship’s Channel, resulting in a vehicle fire. The wreck closed down the highway’s right shoulder, center lane, and right lane.

Luckily, the area was cleared by 4:57 p.m.
