HOUSTON, TX – Houston TranStar has reported that a heavy truck crash closed a right shoulder on the Katy Freeway this afternoon.
The truck crashed before the freeway’s intersection with Beltway 8 East, shutting down a nearby right shoulder. Luckily, the scene was cleared by 3:33 p.m.
