HCSO searching for suspect in fatal hit-and-run on Red Oak Drive

HOUSTON, TX – The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a suspect in a fatal hit-and-run that took place on Red Oak Drive on Monday, January 11.
The victim, Vilas Parab, was found dead in roadside drainage ditch near 17500 Red Oak Drive that morning. An autopsy performed on Parab’s body indicated that he sustained injuries consistent with being hit by a car.
Anyone with information about the incident is encouraged to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
