HCSO responds to fatal collision on the North Freeway

SPRING, TX – The Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to a fatal collision on the North Freeway this afternoon.

@HCSOTexas deputies are investigating a fatal crash at 23400 North Fwy. Preliminary info: one vehicle struck the concrete barrier and one person was confirmed deceased at the scene. For now, northbound lanes at 45/Grand Parkway are closed. Consider alternate routes. #HouNews

Authorities say a vehicle struck a concrete barrier near 23400 North Freeway, killing at least one person. The crash shut down the northbound lanes near the freeway’s intersection with the Grand Parkway.
