Hazmat spill reported on IH-45 Gulf

HOUSTON, TEXAS – A hazmat spill was reported on IH-45 Gulf on the afternoon of Thursday, June 4 by the team at Houston TranStar.

Three vehicles, including a heavy truck, collided at IH-45 Gulf and Broadway Place at 1:13 p.m. The crash has shut down the freeway’s left shoulder, left lane, and two center lanes.

The accident has yet to be cleared, so travelers are encouraged to avoid the area.
