Harris County police chase ends in crash

HUMBLE, TX – Harris County constables arrested a driver in a stolen vehicle after a 30-minutes police chase on Monday, June 15.
According to the Houston Department of Transportation official twitter feed, constables identified the stolen vehicle near 5700 Upper Lake Drive at approximately 1:23 p.m. The officers began a car chase after the driver refused to pull over. During the chase, the stolen car crashed into multiple vehicles near Auburn Oak.
At 1:57 p.m. constables were able to force the driver to pull over near 2000 Water Point Trail. Officers confirmed that the vehicle was stolen and took the driver into custody after the chase.
Officers did not report any injuries resulting from the car chase or crash.
