Harris County – Off-Road Vehicle Crashed, Leaves 3 Injured on Gulf Pump Road

The Harris County Police Department is conducting an investigation about an ATV collision at Xtreme Off-Road Park in northeast Harris County, according to a sheriff official.
In an unspecified time last Sunday, local troopers were requested at an off-road park at 1927 Gulf Pump Road to assist in a crash involving an ATV. According to the report, the involved off-road vehicle was doing doughnuts at an unsafe speed when it went out of control and overturned. The vehicle came to rest and landed on top of one of its passengers.
At least three people sustained various injuries from the crash. The driver was rushed to a hospital via ambulance while two passengers were airlifted to a hospital via Life Flight. The extent of their injuries and their condition remain unknown at this time.
Police said the driver may have been intoxicated during the crash.
No identification has been released.
