Hardin County – 9-year-old Wyatt Wells Died in Fatal Vehicle Accident on FM 2937

A deadly motor vehicle collision involving an ATV caused the death of a nine-year-old boy, according to a local news source.
Police said the incident took place at 13000 block of Texas FM 2937, just north of Silsbee. When emergency crews arrived at the scene, they found a child suffering from seriuos injuries. He was immediately transported to a Beaumont hospital where he was declared deceased by medical personnel. Another child was also injured in the accident and was given medical treatment on the scene. His identification was not disclosed at this time.
Local authorities were called onto the scene to determine the circumstances leading up to the accident. Anyone who has witnessed the crash is encouraged to get in contact with Hardin County officials.
