Grimes county – Woman Killed in Hwy 6 Crash Identified

The Navasota woman who was killed in a fatal solo-car crash on Highway 6, Sunday morning, has been identified.
Authorities named the victim as Porscha Crawford, 31, of Navasota.
According to DPS officials, Crawford was driving along the southbound lanes of the highway, five miles south of Navasota, when her vehicle, for yet unknown reasons, veered off the roadway and rolled over. The impact ejected Morgan off her vehicle, leaving him with fatal injuries. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Fortunately, no one else as injured.
The Grimes County Police Department is still determining what caused Morgan to drift from the roadway. An investigation is underway.
