Grand Prairie – Man Died Following Auto Crash on Interstate 20

A fatal two-vehicle collision on Interstate 20 caused the death of a 31-year-old man, Wednesday.
At around 3:30 a.m., police responded to I-20 near Highway 360 to assist in a car accident involving two cars and a pedestrian. According to the initial investigation, a pedestrian, who was only identified as a 31-year-old male pedestrian, was seen crossing the highway when he was struck by a vehicle. A few moments later, a passing vehicle then ran him over. The victim sustained significant injuries as a result of the crash. He was then pronounced deceased by emergency crews who responded to the scene.
Police did not release information of the drivers who struck the victim. It was not confirmed if they both stayed at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
