Grand Prairie – Anthony Poole Died in Car Accident on South Belt Line Rd

Grand Prairie law enforcement officials have identified the man who died in a car accident on South Belt Line Road, early Saturday morning.

The fatality was named as 32-year-old Anthony Daniel Poole.

At around 3:00 a.m., local police responded to 3700 block of South Belt Line Road following reports of a crash. According to the initial investigation, a vehicle was seen traveling along the roadway when it crossed a number of lanes and crashed into a concrete wall. Its driver, Anthony Poole, sustained fatal injuries and was rushed to a local hospital for treatment. He later succumbed to his injuries shortly after.

No other injuries were reported.

Area investigators have yet to determine the reason that caused Poole to lose control of the car. This is a developing story.
