Good Samaritan helps man from flooded car near Keegans Bayou

HOUSTON, TX – A Good Samaritan helped a man from a flooded car near Keegans Bayou on the night of Monday, September 21, according to the team at ABC 13.

The outlet reports that the front portion of the man’s car was completely submerged in the rain brought from Tropical Storm Beta. Jaime Garcia, a pastor at a local church, was at the scene and helped the man from his car.

Authorities are encouraging drivers to stay off the road.
