HOUSTON, TX – Two police officers and two civilians were taken to the hospital after a wrong-way driver crashed into a police car, and then into a bar in downtown Houston last night, according to ABC 13 Houston.
The collision occurred at the intersection of Travis Street and St. Joseph Parkway at about 11 p.m. as the driver of a Chevrolet Impala was driving down the wrong side of the road.
The Impala collided with a Houston Police vehicle, which then caused the police cruiser to collide with the front of the Lone Star Saloon, which was luckily unoccupied because of recent coronavirus regulations.
Two police officers were taken to the hospital with non-critical injuries, as were the two occupants of the Impala.
The identities of the victims have not yet been released.
