Fort Worth – Teen Died in Auto Crash on State Highway 121

A fatal solo-vehicle collision on Texas State Highway 121 caused the death of one person, according to a Haltom City police, Tuesday.
Just before 7:00 p.m., police responded to SH 121 after they received a crash reporting a vehicular accident near Big Fossil Creek. A 2003 Chevrolet Silverado was heading north on the highway when it went out of control and crashed into a creek. When authorities arrived at the scene, they found the pickup truck resting on the embankment. The driver, who was only identified as a high school student from Richland Hills, sustained fatal injuries from the force of the impact. He was later pronounced deceased by local paramedics.
Fort Worth area investigators were also requested at the scene to determine the circumstances leading up to the incident.
