Fort Worth – Angenic Smith Killed in A Fatal Collision on Interstate 20

An early Saturday morning crash caused the death of a female Fort worth resident on Interstate 20, according to a local news source.
The woman was identified as Angenic Smith, 26. She died from blunt-force injuries sustained from the tragic accident.
According to initial reports, a two-vehicle accident was responded on Interstate 20 near McCart Avenue. Angenic Smith was driving along the westbound lanes of the highway when she drifted off the highway and rear-ended a semi-truck that has been disabled at the right shoulder of the road. Police said that the semi-truck encountered mechanical issues prompting its driver to pull over.
The impact of the collision left Smith with serious injuries. She was later pronounced dead when emergency crews arrived at the scene.
What caused Smith to veered off the roadway is yet to be determined by local authorities. Investigation is still in progress.
