Fort Worth – 1 Killed, 1 Injured in Fiery Collision on Interstate 20

The Fort Worth Police are conducting an investigation about a vehicle accident that took place on Interstate 20 in Fort Worth, Monday.
According to the report, the crash took place at around 4:00 a.m. along the southeast Loop 820 near Campus Drive. A blue car, without emergency lights on, was stalled along the highway when it was hit by another vehicle. The impact of the crash was so great leaving the stalled car in flames. Its driver, whose identity has not yet been released, was pronounced deceased by emergency crews who responded to the scene. The driver of the second vehicle sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. His identification was also withheld.
Area investigators arrived at the scene to determine the reason why the blue vehicle was stalled at the middle of the traffic. No further information was provided.
