Fort Bend County – Pedestrian Accident on FM 1463 Leaves Child Injured

Local law enforcement officials have yet to release more details about an auto versus pedestrian collision on Farm to Market Road 1463 in Fulshear, Monday evening.

At around 6:00 p.m., a boy was struck by an undescribed vehicle in a learning center parking lot on FM 1463 near Fry Road. According to initial reports, a 2-year-old boy ran into the path of the car, prompting a collision. The child was immediately taken to the Texas Medical Center with a possible broken bone and internal injuries. His condition was not disclosed at this time.

Fortunately, no one else was injured.

Fulshear Police Department was requested at the scene to gather details surrounding the crash. Anyone who has information about the crash is encouraged to get in contact with the authorities.

The investigation is still in progress.
